Once the programme and availability are agreed, you receive a written proposal, our terms to accept online and the payment details for the 30% deposit; for day rides the balance is due 15 days before departure; for multi-day trips the schedule is set out in the proposal.

Day rides: free cancellation up to 30 days before departure (full scale in the terms and conditions).
